I didn't know there was another hotel on Christmas Island. How does your package differ from any of the others?
      We are the exclusive booking agents for the Mini Hotel Kiritimati which is a small, bed and breakfast style lodge located in the village of London. We have been booking the Mini Hotel for over 8 years and are able to offer a comprehensive fishing or diving package at a reasonable price. We are different because our groups never exceed 8 people allowing us to completely customize each trip, and we also include BOTH flats and offshore fishing making ours the most intense fishing package offered on Christmas Island.

What are your guides like?
      Our guides have been spotting fish on Christmas Island for many years. They are experienced in the habits of bonefish and trevally, and pride themselves on helping you to have a successful trip. They will get you to the right flats for the tides, and their good eyes will get you on the fish.

Do you charge for extra fishing time or for boat transfe rs?
      We provide unlimited fishing time. You can fish from sun--up until sundown if you wish. You will probably notice that the groups from other locations that have set schedules will be packing up and going back just as the fishing gets red hot. It's good for us! Most of our transfers are done by boat which allows us to fish many flats not accessible by truck. We do provide truck transfers for some of the areas that are farther away. All of the transfers and fishing time are included-no need to worry about any hidden costs for anything like "overtime fishing" or "extra boat transfers." With us there is no such thing.

Can I do some offshore fishing?
      Offshore fishing is included in your fishing package if you want to do something different for a day or half day. We provide the offshore gear and tackle as well as stand up fighting belts. You can bring your own fly rod if you want to use that instead.

What is your re-booking rate?
&n bsp;  &n bsp;  We re-book about 85-90% of our clients. They all enjoy their experiences at the Mini Hotel and appreciate that they can fish as muchas they want.

I have been told by your competition that the Mini Hotel is very noisy. Is this true?
      The Mini Hotel is located right in the village, so there is noise from the village action. It is a lively environment in a cultural atmosphere, and our re-booking rate confirms that our groups enjoy the environment and experience at the Mini Hotel.

What are the meals like at the Mini Hotel?
      The meals are all home-cooked and prepared with much thought and care. They mostly consist of fresh fish and other local flavors. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

How many boats do you have?
      We have two boats to transport you to and from the flats, or to take you offshore fishing. This ensures that the angling n eeds of our small groups are met. The crew of each boat stays the same which gives them time to understand your angling habits, and of course, for you to get to know the local people that run the operation.
